Who Is Sending The Notice
Your notice should include your full name, organization if applicable, email address, and a reliable way to contact you. Please identify whether you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Identify The Work
Identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list or enough detail for us to understand the claim.
Identify The URL
Identify the exact Caslix URL where the allegedly infringing material appears. General descriptions such as 'your game page' are not enough for us to locate the material quickly.
Good-Faith Statement
Include a good-faith statement that you believe use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement
Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Signature
Please include a physical or electronic signature. Typing your full legal name at the end of the email may be used as an electronic signature where permitted.
Review Process
After receiving a complete notice, we may remove, disable access to, or investigate the affected content. We may also contact relevant third-party providers if the game or asset is hosted externally.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification explaining your rights and the affected URL. We will review counter-notifications in good faith.
Notice Quality
Incomplete, unclear, or abusive notices may delay review. Copyright complaints should be specific, accurate, and limited to rights you own or are authorized to enforce.
